This auction is for an old meat grinder. It has the markings Universal 1 L. C. C. New Brtitain. CONN USA. Made in USA. It is all metal except for the wood handle. It appears to me to be in working shape, I would clean it first before using on food but see no reason why it would not work. It measures approx. 10 inches long, thanks for looking. This is an old meat grinder or food chopper as it says. It is in really good condition. It has patents and places all over it so I photographed them so you can see. It does look to have just a little surface rust on the inside. But this is really sturdy and heavy! I think just needs a little oil. This weighs about 4 pounds! The crank turns easily. Maytag Meat Grinder Vintage Gas Engine Hit Miss Enterprise #12 Deer Camp Sausage
This offering is for a Restored-Reconditioned Maytag Meat Grinder attachment for the Maytag Washing machine provided by Maytag in the day. Circa 1928. Complete with the sausage stuffer tube. This one is marked with the Maytag name. This grinder with the one handle gear box would have come with the model 20-60-62-A-B-90-91-92-30-31-31 just about every washer built up into the 1940 era. This came from the Larry Benton Collection. Larry totally dismantled the gear box. And the grinder was also and cleaned to perfection. The sausage stuffer spout has great original plating still in place. This was set up for display but it could easily be put to use. Many people still use these at Deer Camp to grind the Deer burger and sausage. We will package and ship this with the US Postal Service. Vintage No.323 Universal Meat Grinder Chopper Wooden Handle Excellent Condition!
Here we have a Vintage. Old Meat Grinder/Chopper, a"Universal Meat Chopper, No. 323. This item is at least 30 years old, but probably older. For it's age. It is excellent condition. Imperfections include minimal wear to the wood on the wooden handle, a little decay on the screw(what you turn to attach this to something else if you wish to) and some rust in the inner area, where the"meat" would exit. All of these are pretty minimal, the rest is shiny and pretty much flawless. The handle moves perfectly. The inside grinds just as it should, and the screw part goes in and out. It is perfectly functional-the end would have to be taken off to fully restore it, but as a display piece it is excellent. Normal shipping is absolutely free! Sorry.
