Vintage Kellogg? Telephone 3-bar Hand Crank Magneto Working
Being offered for your consideration is a Telephone Box Hand Crank Magneto. I did not see any markings on it. But believe it to have been made by Kellogg. I hooked a voltage meter to it and it was putting out voltage as shown in photo. I’m not sure if it was working to its maximum potential, it was dancing around while I was trying to crank it. and hold the wire leads. It was purchased from a garage sale. Please view photos. Old Fairbanks-Morse Z Hit and Miss Gas Engine Crank Guard Magneto Oiler
This is a crank guard for a Fairbanks-Morse Z hit and miss gas engine. I believe it is for the 1 1/2 and 2hp Z and Dishpan Z engines. It mounts on 7 1/2 inch bolt centers under the main bearing bolts so measure your engine to be sure. It is in excellent condition except the ears have been professionally repaired. Once it's painted and on the engine. You'll never see it. Otherwise there aren't any additional repairs. These are often missing on engines so don't miss your chance to make yours complete! Stover Duro antique stationary gas engine with rare Wico magneto. teens-1920s
this has been on display for several years in the Scrapologist Museum. And now has been replaced with a new purchase. Stover Duro gas antique engine with Wico magneto. The Duro's with the magneto are quite few and far between. Turns over with good compression, weak spark, service needed. I did test the coils and the condenser. Both tested good) nothing broken or repaired. When it was apart the fuel pipe was found it the bottom the the tank. This is what took it out of service. Many of these were used as pump engines, I have also heard that some were sold to National sewing machine to run their equipment. I am sure there were many other uses. No broken fins. No I have not run this engine. it ruins the paint. I will plywood crate it. I will Use Fastenal. They only ship terminal to terminal. You will need to search for the store closest ... moreto you and pick it up there. I am guessing at the vintage at 1915 to 1920. This is one of the most complete I have every seen. Old Cretors Popcorn Wagon Steam Engine Hit Miss Gas Tractor Magneto Oiler NICE!
This is an old Cretors popcorn wagon steam engine that was offered by Paul Breisch several years ago. It measures about 23 1/2 inches long and has a 8 1/2 inch flywheel. It turns over nicely and I hooked it up to air and it runs just as it should. It has lots of brass parts that would look great all polished up. I don't know who did the machine work on it but it was done pretty nicely. It does need some"period" looking fasteners but this would be pretty simple. Old Original Marsh Steam Engine Tractor Water Pump Hit Miss Gas Magneto Oiler
This is a pretty nice original Marsh steam pump built by the American Steam Pump Company in Battle Creek. Michigan. It is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can find or know of. Everything on it moves freely as it should. The only flaw that I know of is that it needs a piston on the big end and the cover for that end along with a few fasteners. These should be easy to make and then you'll have a perfect pump. It measures about 17 inches long and about 12 1/2 inches tall. These pumps certainly don't turn up very often in the wild or even at swap meets so if you've been looking one don't miss your chance on this one. It's a pretty nice one. Wico magneto 4 cylinder CAS 4
This is a Wico magneto off of a wisconsin V4 The drive gear has 24 teeth. Please look closely at the pictures this was in a a storage box from a barn clean out and was most likely a spare part. Old International Harvester Famous Titan Webster Magneto Ignitor Bracket 12-20hp
This is a pretty nice original Webster magneto ignitor bracket for a larger International Harvester Famous or Titan gas engine. It is bracket number 303J3 and will fit the 12. 15, and 20hp engines. It mounts to the engine with two 1/2 inch holes 3 inches apart on center. The magneto mounts on a 2 7/16 x 2 13/16 inch rectangular pattern. The points look great and the movable shaft has very little wear. There are no cracks, breaks, or repairs on the body of the bracket. The only flaws I've noticed is that the small braze on the back of the advance retard lever and the spring that holds this lever in place is missing. Both should be pretty easy to remedy. Also, someone has cut down the"barrel" at some point probably to adapt it to a different engine but this will not affect the performance of the ignitor. These original brackets ... morefor the big IHC Famous engines don't turn up very often in the wild or even at swap meets so if you've been looking for one don't miss your chance on this one. Old John Lauson #14 Frost King Hit Miss Gas Engine Catalog Magneto Oiler
This is a reprinted catalog for the John Lauson Frost King Gasoline Engines. The company was located in New Holstein. WI, established in 1897 and incorporated in 1899. Their guarantee was that all Lauson Engines would develop more than their rated horse power at normal speed and load and to consume not to exceed one pint of gasoline per horse-power hour, and to be free from all defects of material and workmanship. That's a pretty good guarantee! The catalog included illustrates in black and white of each of the engines, clutch pulleys, crank shafts, pump jacks, dimensions of the engines, etc. It is in nice condition and measures 8-1/2" x 11" The pictures tell the story. This is a nice brass Lunkenheimer oiler. It is in good condition but needs new glass which can be obtained quite inexpensively. It has no check ball or vent tube. The filler cover is intact. Old Original WI 1938 Fishing License Hunting Trapping Tip Book Oiler Magneto
This is a collection of items on fishing and trapping. Included is a"Tips to Trappers" book. Wisconsin Fishing laws book(just the cover, front and back) a license, trapper's annual report mailing card, and an envelope. The"Tips to Trappers" book is from Sears, Roebuck and Co.
