Nice original 1 1/2 horse power John Deere Model"E" detent catch in very good condition. Complete with the pin. Plug that holds the pin in the block, The little cap that goes under the magneto and the catch that holds the detent open. The detent has"E66R" cast in raised letters. No cracks, breaks or repairs. 2 two Hit and Miss Engine Cast Iorn Cart Wheels Industrial Antique Vintage 11"
Antique 11" cast iron heavy duty industrial farm engine wheels. Two wheels included. Massive roller bearings inside each wheel. As well as grease fittings. Each wheel is quite heavy. No crack or repairs to be seen, although I have not cleaned them. Wheels have solid 1" axles and two washers each(axels have pins stuck in at one end) Both wheels need a cleaning. But when restored they are top quality. Because of weight it is cheaper to send them in two separate flat rate boxes over one large box. So $33.70 together. Original Old Antique Jacobson Gas Engine Hit & Miss Cast Iron Muffler
Original hit miss cast iron and tin muffler. A very nice original with no cracks or repairs. I was told this is for a Jacobson engine. It would look great on any hit or miss engine. I thought about putting it on my upright Famous. But I'm sure my engine buddies would have had a coronary. The threads are 1 inch pipe thread and look very good. The muffler is about 5 1/4 inches in diameter and about 6 1/2 inches tall. The tin has one small rust? hole. This would be a great item to finish your restoration. The connecting rod has"27196-D" cast in raised letters. Also has the IHC logo. No cracks. Breaks. Very good Babbitt. The wrist pin seems nice and tight. Not all beat up. Overall a good usable connecting rod and piston. The piston is 3.7 inches long. The diameter of the piston is 3.120 inches and the wrist pin is 3/4 inch in diameter. 1920's Buffalo Springfield Steam Roller Engine. Incomplete engine for parts or restoration. The parts you see are the parts you get. Missing some parts are Valve linkage parts. One big end rod bearing and probably other little parts. 5" bore x 6" stroke twin. Main bearing caps are incomplete castings. They need to be drilled and new Babbitt poured. The lower mains have good Babbitt. weight approx. 500 lbs. The engine will be picked up by purchaser or shipping can be arranged by purchaser. ELKHART MAGNETO #D312 FOR HIT AND MISS ENGINE
Elkhart Magneto# D 3 12 for Hit and Miss Engine. From Elkhart MFG in Manroe Mich. Gear turns as it should. The gear has 40 teeth of which one is broken. I have no way to check the spark on this Vintage Mangneto. It has four screw down bolt holes in good condition. There are two small screws missing that hold down the cover. This Magneto weighs about 13 lbs. Look closely at pictures. Thank you.

Steam Engine Hit and Miss Funnel Part Sausage Stuffer Part ?? What is it
I was told it was a steam engine funnel but I'm not sure that it is. Overall length is 17 inches with a 4" diameter and necks down to about 3/4" where it's a bit ragged at the end. It has two 3/4" diameter by 3/4" long hangers on the sides and there are three evenly spaced 1/16" holes on the tapered end. It is metal but all the seams are leaded in. The funnel itself is one piece but there are 4 wrap around bands 1" wide that are leaded in for extra strength. A kind person chimed in and said it was part of a old sausage stuffer. Thanks

Old IHC 3hp M Hit Miss Gas Engine Cast Iron Magneto Gear Steam Tractor Ignitor
Real nice original cast iron magneto drive gear for a 3hp International Harvester Type M ignitor fired gas engine. It is original IHC part number 9779T. It has a 3/8 inch hole for the magneto armature shaft and the keyway is in great shape. The gear measures about 3 1/8 inches in diameter with a 1/2 inch face and has 36 teeth all of which are in great shape. It has no cracks. Breaks, or repairs and is ready to be put to work on an engine. If you need one to complete a restoration or just for a spare on the shelf, this is a nice one. The pictures tell the story. You won't be disappointed with this original gear. The gear you receive may not be the same as the pictures as I have several of these but it will be in the condition described. Here is a#1 Lunkenheimer Greaser. The overall height is 3 5/8" It reads Lunkenheimer Co. Cincinnati O. Marine No. 1 on the top cap. It does have dings here and there on it. And some old grease inside. Also, the threads that look like 1/8" for the pipe connection are in bad shape.They will need to be tapped out before installing it on your engine. ANTIQUE 1930 MAYTAG RESTORED VINTAGE GAS ENGINE HIT AND MISS WRINGER WASHER
This is#9 restored engine for 2014 and many. Many more to come. Last year I had sold just about all of my Maytag engines off ebay. Up for sale is a very nice Maytag Model 92 side exhaust Antique hit miss Gas Engine. The flywheel has serial# 429527 stamped on it which was in production between April-1- June-30 1930. I have been restoring these engines for over 10 years now and I sell a lot of them. I also used to restore Maytag ringer washers and put Maytag motor's on themas well. This engine was completely taken apart and sand blasted and bead blasted clean and painted with DuPont Maytag original color paint code. I take a lot of pride in these motors and I like to do a little extra detailing like the lettering and some of the numbers as you can see in the pictures. I think it makes the motor's stand out better. Lots of people like ... moreto take the same pictures as I do and try to confuse the buyer. I don't like the way they do things but I have no control of that. But I put my own trade mark on my engines then I know it is on that I restored proper. You can see this engine is complete and not missing any parts such as the pulley or kill switch, spring and screen on carb. It has new rings, condenser, spark plug wire with new ends, new spark plug, and kill switch. I also honed out the Cylinder jug. It also has a new needle valve on the carb. Magnet ring was recharged as well and throws a real nice hot spark. This engine has been restored and freshly painted and the tank and top plate was sealed so it will not rust again. I do not paint the flywheels like some people. After putting it all back together I ran 1 tank of fuel through it and it runs just fine. Detailing with the correct decals finished it. I cannot put a warranty on these motors do to the age of them BUT I will guarantee it will run great for you when you get it and keep running well. I have sold a lot of motors and washers and never had a complaint yet. All it needs now is fuel and you can start it with your hand, it is that easy to start. The

NICE Unrestored Waterloo-Boy 1-1/2 HP hit & miss stationary engine one lunger
Here is a very nice and unmolested Waterloo Boy 1-1/2 horsepower engine with an igniter ignition. I do nit have a gas tank but I'll throw in the coil that seems to put off a good spark at the igniter contacts. I had it running for a little while as I didn't have a proper tank to use. It is a quiet and sweet sounding engine and in good shape. It held water fine outside of a bad petcock which needs replacing; I filled it up and looked it over and there are no cracks, compression is ok but it was sitting a long time and already got better while running it. It has been in the family a long time. I can have a vehicle going out from Massachusetts to Chickasha Oklahoma, leaving around the 15th of March and can possibly arrange to meet up along the way or have someone meet up at the Chickasha Prewar meet from the 19th to the 21st. flat belt pulley 6" dia 5-1/2" wide with 2-1/8" bore rusty!! hit miss engine
For sale is a flat belt pulley I saved from the junk yard. It looks like it was buried for a very long time. The bore seems to be 2-1/8" but it is fairly rusty so it was hard to get a good measurement. It will take a little effort to clean it up. The endge of the pulley has some chips. Friend Orchard Sprayer Water Pump Throttle Engine Farm Wagon Schebler Hit Miss This rare"FRIEND" orchard sprayer/water pump is available at $850 or best offer. The original wico magneto is missing. There is some weld repair on a part of the sprayer( not the engine) shown in the pictures. Motor is free and should run without too much work. It still has its rare brass schebler carburetor. I am unsure of the HP rating somewhere in the 4-6 range. Probably 6 hp. The frame and wheels are built very heavy duty in order to carry the weight of the water. Overall it measures 150" 12.5' from the rear of the frame to the end of the tongue. The frame itself is 8' L x 4' wide. The tongue is 57" Long. The rear wheels are spoked at both sides of the hub for strength and are a whopping 4' in diameter. The outer rims are ... morea wide 5" in order to keep them from sinking into the earth. The front wheels are 28" in diameter and are also wide spoked and have grease cups. Wheelbase length is 5' Long and 72" wide. You are bidding on this COMPLETELY REBUILT 4 Bolt Associated Hit and Miss Gas Engine Magneto WITH 4 HP Gear. Threads in base are EXCELLENT. Magneto has been dis-assembled. Cleaned, greased and put back together. A new lead out tower has been fabricated for better transfer of current to the igniter. A new band which holds the magnets has been fabricated. Magnets were cracked. Magnets were welded according to Professional Magneto Rebuilders Practice by welding on the underneath side(see pictures) Great care was taken to make certain that the magnets made perfect contact with the magneto body so maximum lines of magnetic flux are broken by the armature as it spins. Fairbanks Morse Hit & Miss Gas Engine Magneto Model R Fits Z D Dishpan & Others
Nice original Fairbanks Morse type R magneto in very good condition. Includes a magneto gear and breather plate for a Fairbanks Morse Model Z Style D. The magneto has very good blue spark just turning it by hand. The body is in excellent shape with no cracks or repairs. The point cover has some wear to it. Not sure what happened there. Also the gear has been repaired in two places. It looks like a good repair and may have run this way. The pot metal is very nice with no aging cracks. Both mounting ears are good. The bushings are good with very little play. The teeth on the gear are excellent. This magneto was also used on the Dishpan style engine as well as many other Fairbanks Z engines. Original Fairbanks Morse 2hp T Hit Miss GAS Engine Magneto Steam Tractor NICE!!
This is an outstanding original 2hp Fairbanks Morse Vertical T hit and miss gas engine. It is in excellent condition as can be seen in the photos. It is very unusual in that it is a factory natural gas engine as it came from the factory. It has a very unique fuel system on it. There are no cracks. Breaks, or repairs that I can find or know of. It has the original muffler, and correct early style Michigan cylinder oilers and belt pulley on it. It is on a homemade cart that makes it easy to move around. It has a gear driven water pump and screen cooler that is not original but work as they should. Nothing on the engine was altered to add these and they could easily be removed if you didn't like them. This engine has tons of original paint on the crankcase and flywheels. I believe the cylinder and head were repainted MANY years ago and the ... morepaint matches perfect. It is actually flaking off of the the original nickel paint that was used on the head at the factory. This engine has excellent compression and very little wear in the bearings or anywhere. A previous owner went through it very thoroughly and ran it at several shows. I've never run it but see no reason that it wouldn't start right up. These are very desirable engines and this unique one would be a sure attention getter at the shows! These engines don't turn up for sale very often and they are almost never this nice and original. The pictures really tell the story on this one. You won't be disappointed in any way! I can deliver this engine to LeSueur, MN, Baraboo, WI, Portland, IN, Coolspring, PA, or a few auctions around the country later this year for free. Nice American Injector Co. ball check hit & miss engine oiler embossed glass!!!!
You are bidding on a very nice. And very rare American Injector, embossed glass oiler. 1/4" pipe thread, and please know what pipe thread is before you bid. This oiler is in fantastic shape. ONLY flaw is there is a very small chip on the edge of the glass, which could easily be filled with a number of things, you really can't even see it when the oiler is together. NO cracks on the glass. Only missing the filler cap which you can buy from a number of suppliers for cheap. Nice ball check, this is an oiler for a gas engine. Feel free to ask questions. Canadian Coil Co. Spark Ignition coil for hit and miss gas engine
Here is a very nice quality spark plug ignition coil made by the Canadian Coil Co. for your hit and miss gas engine. This coil measures 7 1/2" tall by 3 1/2" by 4 1/2" and still retains the original finish and brass hardware. The case is constructed of hardwood with nice finger joint craftsmanship. The points are protected by a nice lid with brass hinge and clasp. The wire terminals are stamped"B" T" and"S" on the bottom of the case. I have connected this coil to a battery and spark plug and it has a good healthy buzz and hot blue spark at the plug. This is a top quality coil for your collection! Nice original pair of International Harvestor grease cups in very good condition. The top is embossed with the IHC logo. These have 1/8 male pipe threads. They are about 2 1/4 inches high and about 1 1/4 inches in diameter. I'm not sure what type of implement these came on. Nice complete greaser.
