Fluke i410 400A AC/DC Current Clamp Meter with Fluke Soft Case and Instructions
Fluke i410 AC/DC 400A clamp meter with Fluke soft case and original instruction sheet. I used the meter twice and that was it. It is virtually brand new and works perfectly. I just tested it on a Milwaukee drill(120v- you remember- the kind with a cord that you plug in) and. Using it with my Fluke 179 meter and a line splitter, got a reading of 1.9 mV which translates to 1.9 amps(no load on the drill) I then plugged the drill into a"Kill-A-WAT- EZ" meter(which is also true RMS) and got a reading of 1.8 amps. I zeroed out the DC reading using my 179 meter and the raised line on the DC calibration button of the i410 was straight up and down- ya gotta love Fluke. Looks and works just like new. Just remember you'll also need a digital multi-meter that has mV AC and DC settings, accepts safety shrouded banana plugs, and lead input ... morejacks that are 3/4 in. on center. FLUKE 8840A 5-1/2 DIGIT MULTIMETER DMM DVM W/option 09 TRUE RMS AC
Fluke 8840A Precision DVM/DMM. True RMS AC option 09 This is a used Fluke 8840A precision DVM with option 09 true RMS AC measurements module. The case is clean with almost no markings on the case. The display is bright and has no scratches. The calibration was checked at slow sample rate on multiple ranges using available sources by comparing it to a new Agilent 34405A 5 1/2 digit DMM. DC volts were checked on the 200mV to 200V ranges. The 2000V range was not tested due to lack of a suitable voltage source. Overall. This meter was within ~6 counts of the Agilent meter. DC volts zero was ~4 counts. Ohms measurements using this meter differed from the Agilent meter by ~55 counts on the 20Meg range(~0.14% But otherwise were within less than 0.04% of the Agilent meter on all other ranges. AC volts ranges from 200mV to 200V were checked at 50kHz ... moreand 100kHz and. The 700V range was not tested due to a lack of a suitable AC voltage source. This meter was within ~120 counts of the Agilent meter on all ranges tested. When the AC volts zero was checked. It was off by ~0.200mV on the 200mV AC range and 57 counts on the other AC volt ranges. The AC mA zero is off by ~1.4mA. All AC current ranges function. But all measurements are off by about the zero offset indicating that calibration should be performed at the least for the AC mA range to properly zero it. The meter may also benefit from calibration on the 200mV AC range. I'm selling this because I no longer need it. A 2-wire probe set and power cord are included.
