It does have a 5/16" x 18 tpi 3 bolt pattern to install one. Overall diameter is 4-5/16" Center through hole diameter is 1-1/16" The backing plate spigot/plug diameter is 3-3/8" Chuck jaws can be adjusted from 3 different locations on chuck body. Chuck key is 5/16" square drive and is well made. This is a high quality chuck, that would compare with Bison, etc. The jaws operate smoothly and uniformly with no problems. I see no country of origin or other markings other than what is listed. There is some light spots in places from surface rust that has been cleaned, no heavy pitting on the chuck. MATS MTS40 40 Taper (CAT40 BT40) CNC Turret Lathe Toolholder Blocks
These came in a lot of shop tooling I picked up. I saved a few for oddball fixtures in the future. But I've got 12 left(more than I need since I don't have a CNC turret lathe) They're MATS MTS40 40-taper tool blocks for a CNC turret lathe. Overall dimensions are 3.00" x 5.25" hole pattern is 2.25" x 4.00" They take 40-taper tool holders, should work with either CAT40 or BT40 with the correct length stud. The stud would need to be fairly short, I'm not actually sure what length. They're either lightly used, or unused but shelf-worn, just a bit dirty from sitting around the shop. I will happily combine shipping on multiple purchases. If you're interested in more than 2 I'll do a bulk discount on the purchase price too.

For sale Sherline? CNC Lathe. Lathe is installed in heavy steel enclosures with electronics as well. I am almost sure its a Sherline but any identification has been removed I presume by the manufacturer of this kit. It carries the Depco name on the enclosure and I believe it was targeted to the educational market. Like I said machine and boards are in the enclosure but no cable or software included. Sold"as is" Lathe is operational. spindle spins and both axis move under power) I have it hooked up to a laptop running Mach 3 software and I can demonstrate that all axis are operational. I'm not proficient with Mach 3 but I created a simple program that moves the axis around so you can see it working. I removed the original Baldor controller board since I didn't want to learn the programing language(MINT) that was originally ... moresupposed to run the board. Instead I used a TB6560 board(it's shown in the photo) I still have the original Baldor board and will include it if you want it. I would prefer local pickup because the steel enclosure is very heavy and would make shipping it expensive. If you prefer. Even though the manual is for a B-200, the operation and maintenance is the same for larger or smaller chucks. The manuals are in very good condition with no writing. Torn pages, or greasy fingerprints. They are not as clean as they were when they were new and recently printed and have a few marks on the covers. This lathe makes parts holding tenths all day long and you can come see it run for yourself in our machine shop in Corona. CA. The machine has a tool setter, but one of the four buttons on the probe is broken- otherwise the tool setter works fine, and the operator uses it all the time.
