I can tell you that the housing of this charger shows some oxidizing(at least that is what it looks like to me) almost as if something splattered on it. Associated 6051 24-volt 25amp Battery Charger Lestronic II 15090 24LC25-8ET
This is an Associated Electronics model 6051 24-volt(25 AMP) DC battery charger. This charger can be used to charge batteries used in golf carts. Personal carriers, lifts, scissor lifts, floor scrubbers, fork lifts and other machines that use 24-volt batteries. This charger was manufactured by Lester Electrical(aka Lestronic) and has an OEM model number of 15090(or 13110) Type 24LC25-8ET. Charger is in fair physical condition with scuffs. Scratches, dings and wear on it. The unit had two charge leads off of the front, one of them was removed because the insulation was severely damaged. There is one output leadset included with NO connector on it, basically you just need to install the connector that would connect to the battery you are charging. Please note that this is DC voltage, so polarity is important. If you are not skilled or comfortable ... morewith voltage, then please consult an expert. The white lead is positive and the black is negative to the battery. The charger is sold untested/for parts or repair. I don't have the proper 24vdc batteries to test it with. The only testing I did was plugging it in. Connecting a battery battery load and hearing the relay kick in and transformer hum, once that happened I disconnected the load. It's sold for parts only, it may need reconditioning and/or repair. The Lestronic II service manual can easily be found on the internet and shows complete instructions on how to fully test/troubleshoot the charger.
