Up for bid is a great lot of 5 vintage John Deere manuals. The lot includes the following*Model"G" tractor*30 combine*Automatic pickup baler No. 116*Nos. 55 and 55-R self propelled Combines*No 70 series Flexi-Planter The manuals do have some damage(see below) but are complete without missing pages. All information in the manuals is completely legible- there are no missing stuck or illegible pages. Although I am not completely sure of the dates. There is a"5-50" on the lower left of rear cover- I would assume this to be 1950? The Nos. 55 and 55-R combines manual has a 11-51 on the lower left of the rear cover- 1951? These dates are visible in photos. Due to the similar appearance I would assume them all to be close in age. Manuals are heavily soiled with dirt& oil. Manuals have considerable binding damage(see photos) ... moreManuals have bends& tears on front& rear covers and pages of books. The pages of the model"G" tractor manual appear to be somewhat oily(see photos) All damage is evident in photos- please view them carefully. This is a very cool set of John Deere manuals with great information. If you are looking for manuals in mint condition these are not for you.
