This is an original FACTORY Fordson workshop manual covering the Fordson Dexta Tractor. It is 9 3/4” X 11 1/2” Has 248 pages& is in very good clean complete condition(the cover is on original ring binder) It is dated January 1958. It has 10 chapters including engine. Gearbox, electrical, wheels brakes& tyres, front axle& steering, accessories, hydraulics etc. It is full of diagrams. Exploded diagrams& pictures with all parts named. It has wiring diagrams. There is information on inspection. Disassembly& removal, repair or replacement& reassembly of almost all parts on these tractors. This is a very thorough& comprehensive manual. Vintage Fordson Dexta Tractor Front Cover With Name Tag LOCAL PICK UP ONLY
This auction is for one Vintage Fordson Dexta Tractor Front Cover With Name Tag. This is for LOCAL PICK UP ONLY. The overall condition of the metal is obviously rusty and damaged. I do not restore or fabricate metal. But I have seen worse come back to life, but I have no idea what the cost to restore this would be.The name plate"Fordson Dexta" is included and shown in the picture. The other round emblem that would have come with the original tractor is missing. If this doesn't sell as a complete unit, I will remove the name plate and sell it by itself. I want to offer this to that person looking for this cover to finish a restoration. This is not a common tractor and was manufactured at different times by different companies and ended up being sold in the UK. The measurements are approximate. But very close or exact. The length ... moreis 30" The width is 20 1/2" The top depth is 13" The bottom depth is 4" I am located in Levittown PA in Bucks County.
