Senco SN70 Clipped Head 2"-3-1/2" Framing Nailer
The Work horse of framing nailers. It can apply 1x furring strips over 3/4" 1" foam insulation into block or concrete basement walls using 2-1/2" hardened nails. Shoots up to full 3-1/2" clipped head 30 degree strip framing nails. Apply 2X4 bottom plates to concrete floor or wall. Works great. But I don't. I'm just getting too old to be rough framing any longer. Someone else can enjoy it now. I bought it new in'99, after retiring my trusty SN4(older model of the SN70) that was almost as nice as this one. Only problem with this model is the glued on handle grip cover(never was necessary) it keeps ripping and coming loose. I suggest you just remove what is left of the cover, and wear a leather glove. Paslode cordless 18 gauge finish nailer (5/8 - 2 inch Brads)
The Paslode Cordless Nailer is a self-contained. Fully portable nailer that uses liquid hydrocarbon fuel to power an internal combustion motor. The weight with battery is 4lbs 14oz. The height is 11-1/2 inches and the length is 11 inches. It uses 18 gauge straight brads. As long as it that particular brad, they do not have to be made by Paslode.
