I bought it to do my floor but realized it wont work for me since my floor is engineered wood and this is too tough(too heavy duty) and is only for real hardwood. Looks almost brand-new. I didn't use it; only the rubber hammer has some marks on it. The model in the website also doesn't include the hammer or the roller helper attached to the underside which this one does!
