Two of the regulators I think did not work(airco and a no name) The Linde and most of the torches came from a working mechanics shop. He put the stoppers on the threads. The upper portion with the push down handle and the torch tip is the only part that is marked Victor. The rest does not have any brand or model markings. It shows its use/age with some tarnishing. Tip has been painted black. The small holes on the tip are intact and clear with nothing blocking them. Down on the handle the two turn knobs are marked with Gas and Oxy.
