This unit was purchased from the old Mosby's restaurant out of Norton VA which closed for use in the new bar/restaurant that I owned. I wasn't particularly successful in the restaurant business(it is certainly a tough business to be in) so the place closed and I leased the building to a new commercial tenant that for whatever reason chose not to use it, it's been sitting in storage for a couple years or so now so I've decided just to sell it, recover some space and pass on a great deal to someone that could make use of it.
