Vintage Heavy Duty Pizza Cutting Knives * Two * Knife
Up for auction we have two vintage heavy duty pizza knives. Well at least that is what I have been told. I can not find these items any where. I would have thought they were some type of machete ready for the zombie Apocalypse. LOL These blade came with a group of Heavy duty Chef knives that dated from the 1930's The Large knife has a 14 inch blade and has another 5 1/2 inches that run the length of the wooden handle. That would give it the full size length of 19 1/2 inches. The back bone of the blade is 1/4" wide. The smaller knife has a composite or vintage rubber handler handle with a 10 inch blade and another 5 inches of metal that runs through the handle with an 1/8 of and inch back bone thickness. However, they look similar to the Lincoln 4700 China CapStrainer Each of these is approximately 10 1/2" wide(at the widest part) and 10 1/2" deep/tall(see photos 5 and 6) These need a good cleaning and may have some dings/dents. One of these has part of a white sticker on it that will need to be removed. This may be vintage but we are not positive of their age.
