This item is in good condition with some minor cosmetic wear from normal use. There area few minor scuff marks and scratches on the item but this should not effect the functionality of the item. All the function buttons are in good condition. All the lights work properly and the all words and numbers are visible. The filter basket is in good condition but has a small dent on the bottom that will not effect the functionality of the item. The power cable is in good condition with no cuts or frayed areas. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on with no problems. We let the item sit and heat up for about 20 ... moreminutes. When we checked the item the side of the item was warm by the heater light. We did notice that the heater on/off switch is missing but the light is still there and working. We turned on the brew switch and could hear the item running but nothing happened. All the lights on the item functioned and indicated the item was running but we were not able to get the item to be fully function. Since we are not able to test the item to its complete functionality. Or able to see if the item actually functions we are required to sell this item as PARTS or REPAIR.
