The chamber has approximately 17.5" ID and is 12" high inside. The OD is 18" with 20-1/4" diameter flange and aluminum cover. The chamber has two 4" diameter Lexan window ports located at 90 degrees for plasma viewing. 9 instrument ports, and a 4" ID X 5" OD turbo pump port. The 6" diameter opening in the cover with manually operated shutter and with 6-3/4" diameter"O"ring groove was designed to accept prototype magnetron sputtering source.
