This is a used 32 foot aluminum extension ladder in good condition. The ladder has been in my garage a long period of time without being used. The ladder is the old type of Heavy Duty Aluminum and the weight of the ladder will show this. Possibly the rope on the ladder will need to be changed because of its age but not sure of this, The bottom clamp which holds the extension ladder does not retract well possible needs adjusting or new spring- either of these is not a big problem and can be repaired at a very low cost.
