With 117 Vac in and using a 5AR4 rect tube and a 47uF filter cap. No load B+ was 437 Vdc. Voltage was 416 with a 20 mA load, 410 with a 30 mA load. Voltage was 404 with a 42 mA load, 400V with a 52 mA load, and 379 V at a 98 mA load. Final loading results were 370 V at 124 mA load. Use this as a rough guideline for your application. Note that there is NO 6.3 volt filament voltage. This transformer was made to provide the DC high voltage for a circuit. Use a separate 6.3 v filament transformer if needed. Switch transformers separately for nice tube warmup before applying the B+ with this transformer. This item is in very good electrical and physical condition. However. DESCRIPTION For sale is a HIGH CURRENT 6.3V 30A transformer(with a center tap) made by the KENYON TRANSFORMER CO. Part number is S-33526 It will supply thirty(30) AMPS for that bank of hi-powered tubes you're running. Tested as follows: Operated the transformer for 6 hours with no load. It did not get above room temperatures. Then ran it for 2 hours at 6.3 Amps(using a 1 Ohm load) and it just got slightly warm as expected. Finally. I ran it for 2 hours at 12 Amps for 1 hour.
