Wrapade Tablet Vertical Form Fill Seal Pouch Machine Pharmaceutical Packet VFFS!
For sale is a Wrapade Vertical Form Fill Seal(VFFS) packaging machine that we used to put one tablet into a foil pouch with a four side seal. It takes two rolls. One on each side, drops a tablet in from the vibratory hopper on top, seals the pouch, cuts and ejects. It is currently tooled and setup for a 2"x2" pouch 4 sided. And it can do two pouches at a time but we only were doing one. Max speed is roughly 120 pouches a minute if you use both rollers. We used this machine for many years, then got out of tablet production and moved solely to liquids. This is a workhorse and can be retrofitted to do powders or other products as well. Considering the cheapest used similar Wrapade machine will be well over $15.000, this is a steal! The tooling on the machine alone is worth the asking price. Removed from working condition.
