And glued to the floor in some physical plant building, and that's where it sat until the school decided it didn't need it any more. Usually these items are covered with paint from years of use. I did not find one drop of paint on it! It looks/works great. It is a double arm model but it has been modified to hold 2 cans on each side. I don't know if this is a factory option or if the school had them made. At any rate they are held on by 4 bolts on each side- easily removed if not desired.
