This lot of 3 cutters came from a local Commercial Bakery that closed several years ago. There are no brand markings on any of the pieces. They 2 donut cutters are heavy duty. The shorter one is 3” in diameter x 2 5/8” high. The other donut cutter is slightly bigger at 3 ¼” in diameter x 2 ¾” high. The ruffled edge cutter is lighter weight and measures 3 ¼” in diameter x 2 7/8” high. All the pieces are very solid. All have discoloration of the stainless steel and some rust on the inside. A patty or cookie drum and a dog bone drum. The patty or cookie drum is the original drum. The dog bone one is a custom drum that is just a few years old. If you are looking to get into making dog treats this is the machine for you. The 180 in the product name refers to the fact that one half revolution of the machine produces 1 set of forms and a full revolution produces 2 forms. In the case of the dog bone shape we have it is 4treats per revolution. It is high output. 16 pounds of dough in just minutes. We have had the machine a few years an have had only one problem. YES THERE ARE A FEW. first off there are the repairs. At some time.someone droped the unit and well,the results are in the photos. three of the screw connections got broke. So. rather than fixing the connections they welded the ring of cutters as one, and thus the three remaining connections hold the cutters to the pin/roller, i did notice on"very close inspection" That one cutter is so very slightly out of line. last photo) see the highlighted area? not"really bad" but it needs to be pointed out. the roller does turn well though. The handles are good, and the cutters themselfs are not in bad shape. Only one nick is worth crowing about, shown in the next to last last photo) ... moreAs you can see there are not any other bad nicks in the cutters. I must say one thing in its favor.as most the photos where taken within a 1 foot or less) When viewed from a few feet, you do not notice any thing is a-miss, rather normal looking indeed. and when you consideer what the unit is cutting, a round plain shape, where nothing much can go wrong with the shape indeed, why then pay many more times what is asked for on this piece? yu can put that money towards somthing more criticle. thanks for looking.
