Vintage M. Klein& Sons Cable/line puller manufactured in the USA. Model 1604-20 and a 1613-30. Used by linemen to maneuver heavy lines& cables while installing them on work sites. Appears used but would still do its intended job but might also make a good collector piece for the new"industrial decorating" craze. Please see all photos.
