Great vintage wall-mounted soap dispenser with push bar on the bottom. Great industrial design and shiny chrome finish. It's 10" x 5" x 2 3/4" and has a hinged door at the top for refilling. I think this takes powdered soap but I don't have the right kind of tool to open the compartment to investigate. It's designed to take some pressure on the tab to release the soap. And it seems to work smoothly with no problems when I press the bar, and looks clean inside from what I can see. There's a v-shaped metal piece on back for mounting on your wall, not sure how it works. I do know it's in great condition with a few minor scratches to the chrome and a couple spots of very light surface rust on back only- chrome looks super. Antique Recessed Wall Mount White Porcelain Ceramic Tile Soap Dish Dispenser
Beautiful antique white soap dish with wash cloth bar was found at an estate sale and unfortunately did not fit in my bathroom wall. This fixture is in excellent condition with no chips. Cracks or stains. There is some plaster on the back and sides where it was installed before but this will probably come off with some soaking. Or just leave it on, it won't be visible once it's installed. The exterior surface is 6" x 6" and the depth from the surface to the back is 2 5/8" The wash cloth bar projects forward 2 3/8" from the mounted tile surface.
