This is in good condition and has light engraving in a non critical area. I can not find a name. But believe it could be mitutoyo or starrett, but not sure. Yes. You are getting free, with the purchase of this mic, a 3" to 4" Slocomb micrometer as shown in 3rd and 4th pictures. It is older, but the head is tight like it should be with the ratchet button on the end missing. This mic. will get the job done like a new one!
