eBay airstream descriptionFor sale is this vintage airstream( 1978 international land yacht) which has been lovingly converted into a mobile bakery. We did our best to preserve the original look of the airstream while adhering to the NSF board of health guidlines. The trailer was licensed in the state of ct as a commercial bakery and licensed in the city of Danbury. Ct as a vending"truck" and commercial kitchen(2012) We have grown into a permanent location and are no longer using the trailer. We had three people at a time working in the trailer with plenty of space. There is stainless counter space in the front and the back of the trailer by the three bay sink, an espresso machine area with its own small refridgerator. There is a larger NSF fridge for ingredients. Vintage Carnival Game Concession Sign Letter 5*s Painted Wood (read desc)
These stars are about 5 1/2 inches across. I have tried to find out how they were used but have not been successful. Each has a steel wire attached to it. I have about 120 of them and selling them in lots of 5. This fair/carnival outfit ran an average of 6 concessions at each event. Usually working 4-5 events at the same time across NC, SC,GA andFL. Their home base was near Fayetteville NC. The operation started in the late 50's and ran until the late 70's when they sold out. Many of the letters and signs are beyond use. However, the letters and signs you see listed have been cleaned with an organic mixture that removes any dirt, mildew or mold. Most were stored in a metal trailer and if you have ever been to NC in the summer you know the intense heat and humidity they have been xposed to inside the trailer. Thus, the poor condition ... moreof the paint. Only the letter is included in this auction. Not the old ride. Just wanted to give you an idea where they came from. The letters are 12 inches high and 8 inches wide and about 1/2 inch thick wood. They each have a metal eyelet that was used to hang the letters on a board. Doing it this way they could change the sign without making a new one. The carnival was operated thoughout the southeast and midsouth from the late 50's through the 60's. The letters were in barrels and boxes and as you can see have suffered some abuse. Some are white. Some are blue, some are red, but all are scraped up and look like they have been painted several times over the years. The top oven was my main pizza oven and the bottom oven served mostly as a sandwich bread, gyro shell heater and meatball/gyro meat heating unit. 1969 Carnival CONCESSION TRAILER
I have a 1969 Carnival Concession Trailer. Completely remodeled, inside roof mount ac/ heat/ 1 roof vent over cooking area. new counters and sinks. these are the original photos of when I bought the unit. Will post new ones if needed. The lights around the top work and flash but I haven't replace all the bulbs it takes 150 colored bulbs. Florescent lighting inside lots of plugs, Dell computer with retail software. many extras.
