The torch is serial#12927. The torch is listed as 21" Overall. The torch is in very good condition. The handle is generally clean with some black char marks. There are a few small dents in grip area of the handle but nothing major. The top nut has char marks around it but hand tightens pretty easily before you need to use your adjustable wrench. The valves open and shut as designed. However, the caps on the valves rotate out crooked and are bent. The latter does not appear to impact the torch as the valves close tightly, it's just that they are crooked when you turn them. I put a bunch of close up pictures to help you with your bidding. 2 Vintage Victor 550-100 Cutting Torch Attachments with Tips welding
Here's a pair of vintage Victor 550-100 cutting torch attachments. They're a recent estate sale garage find. And I have not actually tested them. If I blow through them, air passes through if the turn valve is open or not, but air flows better when the handle valve is depressed. I'm not sure if that's good or bad, as I'm no welder. All the valves do work smoothly. Cosmetically, they have that old tool look finish, and show a few typical use nicks and scratches here and there. I see nothing cracked, broken or bent. One tip is marked Victor 2, the other is a bit smaller, but I can't make out the stamp. There's lots of pictures for your viewing pleasure, so check them out and bid accordingly. All knobs rotate freely and the 2 halves of the unit screw apart just fine. Please look at the pictures closely as they will show the condition better than I can describe. Thanks for looking!
