We began the rebuild process but did not complete it. The bases have all been dismantled and powder coated and reassembled, as well as the robot pedestals, torch cleaner mounts, operator interface pushbutton pedestal, turntable mounts, and all of the components mounted to the electronics and welding power supply pad. If you have a welding job that requires the part to be manipulated so you can get at it from different angles then this will work. The turntable/manipulator unit is a stand alone unit that runs off of the I/O of the robot. It needs as little as 8 inputs and 8 outputs in order to be functional. All of the movement is controlled through an Allen-Bradley 5/04 10-slot ... moreprocessor rack. The main 180 degree station index is driven by a 2 Hp. DC motor with both rotational speed control and directional control(forward-reverse) inside the hoffman enclosure. Lincoln SA 250 Diesel Drive Welder
This is a 1998 SA 250 Pipeliner with a Perkins D3.152 Diesel Engine power Source. It is 100% duty cycle at 200 amps and 60% duty cycle at 250 amps. It starts and runs great and has no problems whatsoever. It does not use much fuel and welds great. I have three and do not need it any longer as I am downsizing. The trailer we fabricated ourselves. it is titled and I have title. It has torflex axles. So no need to worry about springs.
