COOL PIECE! This serving dish/ bowl is a really neat shape. Curvey wood! It measures approximately 14" tip to tip x 9" at its widest point x 2" tall. It is signed on the bottom"Blair Hawii Monkey Pod" Also. Blair ingraved an inscription to the original owner from the original buyer, adding to the charm and history. There is a crack near the handle. See close up pictures. The crack was tight and I added a little Super Glue to keep it from getting any worse and to seal it up. There are some other knicks and scratches but nothing too noticeable. Keep it looking its best with a light coat of(food safe) mineral oil now and then. Clean with mild soap and water. Here is a lot of THREE(3) Vintage Mid-Century Modern RETRO Highball Glasses. Each is decorated with golden leaves in two colors of gold. Inside the glass the gold areas look black. These measure 3-3/8 inches tall and 3 inches across the top. I would estimate these to be in the 6 to 8 ounce range. You will see some wear to the gold in places. Up for auction is a vintage mid century Detecto bathroom scales that I am guessing is from the 1950's. The scales are blue in color which accents the chrome handle and face. Just above the weight viewing area is the word DETECTO and it is surrounded by red color. The scale has a capacity of 260 pounds. Approximate measurements are 3 1/2" height. 11" in width, and 9 1/2" across. The scale is in good condition with a couple of nicks here and there! Unique Estate Mid Century Vintage Saudi Arabian Guilded/ Etched Metal Vase
Quick Description: This wonderfully unique find is from Saudi Arabia. It is made out of some sort of dense metal. Possibly bronze, as I've had other items with a similar design from the middle east or south asia that are etched in bronze. However it is hard to tell because the metal on the outside portion is painted and makes it seem like it is a silver metal, until you look inside the vase. Offered. A really stylish vintage mid century Seth Thomas small desk clock. It is gold metal with black surround, slightly ovoid, glow in the dark accents. It measures approx. 3 1/2" tall, 3 1/2" across, 2 1/8" x 1 1/2" base, heavy for the size at 12 oz. Unfortunately, the clock is not working. There is no back and it has been overwound at the least. This would make a quite a statement in a retro style living room. The lamp has a George Nelson look to it similar to what I think is called a bubble or cigar lamp. The simplistic wooden base has a Danish Modern appearance. This is an extra tall lamp. Standing 39 1/2 inches with a 7 5/8" square wooden base. The shade alone is 32 inches tall by 4 1/2 inches in diameter at the ends. The shade tapers from both direction to an 8 inch diameter center. The shade is ivory/cream color ribbed plastic that is in good condition- no holes. Burns or discolored spots. The shade goes into a metal holder which attaches to a wooden base(possibly teak or walnut) The base is also in good condition. The switch ... moreis located on the base. Vintage SASAKI Etched Crystal Glass Ice Bucket Flip top Mid Century
