Radio Shack TRS-80 Model 100 external floppy disk drive This auction is for an external 3.5 inch floppy disk drive for a TRS-80 Model 100 portable computer. I bought a Model 100 computer and a number of accessories about eight years ago at a time when I was interested in old computers. I intended to make a hobby of it but never really got going with it and everything ended up in climate-controlled storage for most of the time since then. The total list of items included in this auction is: The drive unit itself, An original black vinyl carrying case, The user manual, A cable for connecting the drive to a TRS-80 Model 100 computer, A diskette containing the"TS-DOS" operating system for the Model 100. From the"Club 100" user's group, An instruction booklet that goes with the TS-DOS diskette, The disk drive itself appears ... moreto be in like-new condition. The disk ejection mechanism works perfectly. It runs on 4 AA batteries(not included) or an AC adapter. Please note that an AC adapter is not included in this auction. Though I believe the unit should work fine with any standard 6 volt adapter. When I put batteries in the unit and turn it on and off I see the"low battery" indicator light come on briefly. I have not been able to test the unit further than that since I don't really know how to do so. I do have a Model 100 computer(also for sale- see my other auctions) so if there is some operational test you would like to see me run on the disk drive please let me know as specifically as you can what you'd like me to do and I'll try to oblige. I bought a Model 100 and a number of accessories about eight years ago or so at a time when I was interested in old computers. I intended to make a hobby of it but never really got going with it and everything ended up in climate-controlled storage for most of the time since then. The total list of items included in this auction is: The printer itself, A roll of printer paper(about 3/4 of an inch's thickness left on the roll. I'd say) An AC adapter, The user manual, 4 ink cartridges loaded in the printer(1 black. 3 colored) and an extra black cartridge already opened, Two unopened packages of ink cartridges(one package of 3 black and one package of 1 red. 1 blue, and 1 green) ... moreA styrofoam container that can hold the printer. The AC adapter, and some ink cartridges. A cable for connecting the printer to a Model 100 computer, The printer itself appears to be in excellent condition. When I plug it in and turn it on it comes to life right away. The paper feed and color select buttons on the front both seem to function correctly. I have not tested the unit beyond that. Though I do have a Model 100 computer(also for sale- see my other auctions) so if there is some operational test you would like to see me run on the printer please let me know as specifically as you can what you'd like me to do and I'll try to oblige. The condition of the other included items is generally good. The user manual has a bit of wear and the styrofoam"box" for the printer has a few pieces chipped off but is still OK. The AC adapter has the remains of some masking tape on it. As for the ink cartridges. I have no idea to what extent they are still usable or not. I bought the computer and a number of accessories about eight years ago or so at a time when I was interested in old computers. I intended to make a hobby of it but never really got going with it and the computer ended up in climate-controlled storage for most of the time since then. The total list of items included in this auction is: The computer itself, The box, Soft blue zippered case for the computer and accessories, Black vinyl slipcase for the computer itself, Cassette Recorder and blank cassette, AC adapters for both the computer and the cassette recorder, Cords to connect the computer to the cassette recorder and to a phone line, Original manual and quick reference guide, Two other books ... moreon BASIC programming(see pictures) Two little plastic legs for raising the back of the computer up for easier viewing, The computer itself is in excellent condition. It powers up on either batteries(4 AA's. Not included) or with the AC adapter. The battery compartment is perfectly clean. I was able to dredge up some distant memories of BASIC programming from school and wrote and executed a simple program using the BASIC interpreter(see pictures) The start screen reads"21446 bytes free" which I think means that the unit has 24K of total installed memory. Most of the other items included are also in excellent condition. The only exceptions are the two BASIC language manuals. Which have a fair bit of wear on them, and the box, which is a bit beat-up but still in one piece. Please note: The cassette recorder appears to have a problem with one of the motors. When I tried it with a tape I was able to rewind. But not fast forward or play successfully. It looks like only one of the two spindles turns the way it should. I have no idea if this is a serious problem or if maybe something is just stuck and can be easily fixed. In any case, for this reason I can't guarantee

I tested both drives on my CoCo3 with RS-DOS' I think that the added drive may be DS but since I do not use OS-9 I cannot be sure. I can be sure that the drives will work as the original single side, 35 tracks that RS-DOS uses. The ribbon cable is attached on this model so ofcourse it is included. Note this dual drive weights about 10 pounds so it is expensive to ship, but I add no handling charge. Working Vintage Realistic Radio Shack Circuit Bent Electronic Reverb Effect!
1980's Working Vintage Realistic Radio Shack Electronic Reverb! Guitar/bass/keys/voice! Circuit bent for longer delay and modulation input! I am the original owner of this 1980's Realistic Electronic Reverb from Radio Shack. it had a factory analog delay of around 50 ms from the MN3207 analog delay chip on board. It was modified to have a longer delay time with the knob on the side. note that clock noise increases but this can be cool. It also has a jack in back for 0-5 V modulation of the clock signal by an LFO. This is a good candidate for conversion into a DIY modular synth unit! As it has RCA ins/outs it fits with a DJ board too! I have the battery cover( but I am also including a 9 V Powerall type adapter for any 9V pedal battery eliminator system; it runs fine off of Boss and other types as well as 9 V batteries from the added ... more9 V clip. Also has a EH spec 9 V 1/8" mini power jack in the back which works. First. Th is is only a coin sorter. It is not a bank that stores coins. This coin sorter runs on 2'C' batteries(not included) It appears to have been used little. It sorts pennies. Nickels, dimes and quarters and drops them into paper sleeves. There are few sleeves provided with the sorter. Rather than pay 10% to the machine at the grocery store.
