Includes the hard leather case issued. This ... moremodel is the Signal Corps US Army version of binoculars made by the US Naval Gun Factory Optical Shop Annex in Rochester NY. Date of manufacture is unknown. But is is believed to be WWII era or before, maybe even WWI. I tried to look up the serial# but found nothing. I did see that production began on this model in 1917. I am led to believe that this is an earlier model because of the latch on the front of the case. It appears that later versions of the model were issued with a snap lid latch instead of the two pronged spring loaded one. The leather case and strap are in decent condition however, the compass on the top of the case is missing. The inside does have a few blemishes from inserting and removing the binoculars over the years. The binoculars them selves are in great condition, and work excellently. They have military stereo 6x30 magnification. Some of the black paint is wearing off, exposing the brass. The eypieces do have some minor scuffs. This item would be great in the field or to sit on a collectors shelf. Item will not be separated from case. Item will have a $14.85 shipping charge. We will only ship within the US. FOR AUCTION; A vintage 1990's G.I. Phone by Signal Corps. I believe this is a replica of a military issue G.I. Phone. The face is loaded with gadgets and controls. Some are exposed and some hidden beneath a metal door cover with rubber grip to open it. There is a manual flip switch to turn on the ringer and the speaker phone and each of these has a red light to indicate when it is on or off. Under the metal door there is a control panel with a keypad, ringer volume, speaker volume, Store, Memory, Redial, and Flash. The hand held has a mute button on it so you can mute with ease while multitasking. The hand held also has a webbing and tape that you can use to secure your hand while multi tasking. Original WWII US Army OD Wool Signal Corps Branch Piped Garrison Cap USA MADE. Where quality never goes out of style! Vintage WWII era US Army garrison cap. The cap is olive-drab wool serge with the red/white Signals Corps branch piping. The cap has silk lining and a brown leather sweatband. The underside of the sweatband is marked with the soldiers last name letter and 4 last digits of his service number. There is no tag inside so I have no idea of size. Laid flat it measures 11" across the bottom edge. I compared the length to other garrison caps of known size. And it best matches a size 6¾, but this is ONLY a guess! Condition is very good. Cap construction is solid. There are 2 moth holes on the right side of the cap. I see no rips. Tears, or repairs. Comes from a SMOKE FREE home.
