FORD 1600 TRACTOR PTO BELLY - FINISH MOWER BELT PULLEY ASSEMBLY
This is the belly mower PTO belt pulley assembly from a 1977 Japanese Ford 1600 tractor. It was bolted on with the V-belt pully shaft aiming down towards the ground. The mower deck. It's mounting brackets, and the V-belt pulley had already been removed from the tractor before I got it. This is the only part I have. It mounted over the 1-3/8" PTO shaft. It's in good shape, turns smooth, and doesn't appear as if it's been leaking. The tractor sat for a long time so it would probably be a good idea to put new seals in it. This might work on the 1000 series tractor as well but I don't know. It will actually bolt on to my 850 Ford, and I could probably make it work if I wanted to put a belly mower on it, but I can only guarantee it to work on what I took it off. Runs perfectly and I can steer it into places my 2 cylinder 20 hp gas yard tractor couldn't get into and the Kubota seems to have twice the power using about half the fuel. The deck doesn't cake up fast like my other riders did. The seat is adjustable for different height drivers and there is even a seat belt. Everything is in GREAT condition with mostly only a few nicks and scratches on the side of the mower deck. No damages nor has any repairs been needed. Only myself and wife have used it. Up for bids is a 1945 Farmall BN with 5' Woods Belly Mower Tractor is listed as parts because it has water in the oil. There appear to be no external block cracks. Fresh or repaired. We bought it this way a few years ago and haven't had time to get to it. We have not had it apart so we have no idea what the problem could be. Aside from this issue it doesn't seem to be a half bad tractor. Would be a good restoration candidate as these BN's are fairly uncommon. Serial plate is missing. Casting date code is"O" leading me to a 1945 model. I have measured both rear axle tubes at 18" And based on this I believe this to be a true BN. If I am incorrect please let me know. Original 6 volt system with distrubutor. Matched set of 10-24 Goodyear Traction Sure Grip rears. Not loaded, probably 50% or better left. Left side ... moreis flat and shows some sidewall damage from being flat. Would probably be usable if repaired but not real pretty. Right front tire almost new with some weather checking, left front tire older with probably 75% left again with some checking. No major rim damage on any of the rims. Grill has some previously pounded out dents near the bottom but isn't rusted out. Hood has had a crease straightened on the left side but isn't rusted up and wallows out around the exhaust. It does have one hole someone has put into it on the left side(see picture) Fuel tank is free of dents. Fenders appear to be pretty much rust free with only minor damage around the top. Ford/ New Holland 1110 2-cyl diesel tractor. Series 916A direct drive 60" rotary mower deck, and series 105A tiller. Have recently spent over $1000 in upgrades- getting rid of it to downsize to only lawn tractor as parents getting older and cannot maintain. I know one bearing/pulley on mower deck needs replaced but otherwise runs good, even though it looks rough. New tires, new water pump, new mower blades, changed hydraulic fluid& all filters, had injectors checked and reset. Have all the operator manuals that came with the tractor.
