John Deere Marvel schebler DLTX 71 A Carb. Its for a pulling tractor and made the size of a 51 G carb. It has been bored and flowed to the size of a G carb. it has the 51 fuel jet in it and the throttle shaft has been altered for better air flow. You will want to put this on a modified engine. It might be to rich for a stock engine. it has been cleaned and new gaskets with a new needle and seat. It was installed and test ran to make sure it worked good. I had it on a 420 cu in. Removed from a 1948- 1950? 8N tractor. All moving components move freely but have not been tested to see if carburetor is working properly; therefore. I’m selling it for parts. I took the carburetor apart so you can see the internal components and judge for yourself. My understanding is these carburetors are easy to rebuild with rebuild kits available here on ebay and has very few replaceable parts. I was told these OEM carburetors are made to last forever.

Antique brass Kingston tractor carburetor Model L-3
Not sure what this early 1900's brass body Kingston L3 carburetor fits since I have seen it described as being for different antique tractors but not sure which ones or models. I think I saw somewhere that there were different versions of this carb but I don't know which one this would be. Look at photos and use your knowledge. Maybe it had mulitiple applications. Has the original brass name and model tag which is kind of hard to read in places but looks like it is marked Mod.L-3. I am sure those looking will know. As you can see it has fair amount of accumlated surface hardened oil and grime but I think it would clean off with proper technique. Looks like there are some numbers stamped into the side of the brass body but can't quite make them out. I don't know about the interior but it seems as if everything that is supposed ... moreto move does move very freely. The body is brass but the lower bowl part is steel and has a couple little insignificant dents or depression that almost look like they could be part of the design as they are kind of symetrical on either side of the bottom needle valve fitting. It is a little bit oily and oozing some as it had been soaking in some kerosene for a while and probably still some inside so I will bag it in a plastic bag for shipment so it doesn't leak out on the box. Look at photos to judge condition and know your application needs before bidding as it must be sold as is since I have no way to install or test and I am selling it just"as found" other than I did soak it for a while but am sure antique car guys would be able to do anything it might need if it needs any work or interior parts.
