This is a case for a Farmall Hydra Creeper used on Farmall Super A. C 100 130 140 200 and similar tractors, it is pto driven and you put the clutch in and runs off hydraulics to creep along. This is just a case which was broken and welded as you can see. It is missing the chain, pump, and pto adapter. I figure someone could use this or make this work.
