John Deere JD Cast Aluminum Rain Cap Exhaust AR38508
Here is a genuine USED John Deere cast aluminum exhaust rain cap. The perfect finishing touch to a John Deere tractor restoration! Part Number# AR38508 The steel clamp is rusty and has some pitting. But is still quite structurally sound. The clamp bolt has been replaced. I beleive the pivot bolt is original. There is a little play in the brass bushings, but it isn't sloppy(less than 1/8" side to side) Some of the black coating is rubbed or worn off. John Deere tractor weather rain cap for exhaust stack AR 43577. It is painted black and I believe it is made of cast iron. There are two patent dates in the inside. 2421836 and 2749832. It looks unused but it does have some minor paint loss. Needs to be cleaned. The inside diameter is 3-7/8" but it looks like it is adjustable. Please review all photos for condition before bidding. Metal exhaust rain cap, fits 2 1/2" to 2 11/16" pipe
Metal exhaust rain cap for 2 1/2" to 2 11/16" pipe. It does not fit 2 3/4" pipe. Which is what I tried to make it fit on. The scuff marks on the bolt and nut, as well as the inside of the piece, are from trying to fit it on that size pipe. It's never had exhaust on it. It's only scuffed from trying to make it fit a larger size pipe than what it was designed for.

John Deere RAIN CAP NO CRACKS
I have up for sale a factory original John Deere rain cap. The clamp area measures about 2.5" I removed it from a round muffler on a JD 60. I admit I don't know alot about these. I am sure it is for a specific tractor but I don't know which one. The pivot pins are both bolts most likely not factory. Sold as is to the last bidder.
