John Deere 2 Cylinder Drawbar Pin. Came out of a Late Styled B But will fit and work with many other models. Nice Pin. Very Little Wear, Not Nearly pulled in half like many of them you will find. The Top Lock Lever is slightly bent but it could easily be straightened with a couple swings of a hammer. These are often missing and replaced with just an ol bolt and nut. John Deere Very Late 1952 Styled A Tractor. A Restored American Classic! Serial Number is 701832. Factory Installed Water Pump. Clamshell Fenders, Rear Hydraulic Cylinder(no hoses) Brand New Todd Friedrich 13.6x38 45 Degree Tires. Exact Tread Pattern as they day it was new. Well over $1,000 just in Correct Tires. Sheetmetal is Perfect, The hood has been cut out and has a screw on patch installed but it doesn't take way from the appearance of the tractor at all. All 3 Lights Work, Rear Light is a newer style replacement, Fronts are Correct. The Tractor Starts and Runs Great, Everything Works as it should. The gauges work but were not replaced during the restoration. Paint is Very Nice with No Runs, Smooth and Shiny Gloss, You can see yourself in the sheetmetal and in the fenders! I don't know of any mechanical work that was done to ... moreit, I bought it just the way you see it. A couple of flaws that I will note just to describe it accurately, the flywheel side brake drum rivets are not original, and the paint should be touched up between the block and the frame, and the clutch lever has been lengthened but its very hard to notice. This is one of the Last Model As Ever Built, and this one is Very Nice but Not so nice you have to be afraid to get it dirty or use it if you wish. This is Not Expo Quality due to the few flaws it has, but again its one you can drive, show, take to parades, or use and be proud of it! Consider what it would cost just to buy a Late 1952 A that isn't restored, in most cases the tractor will cost you in the $2000 range, then put $1200 worth of tires on it, $300 for fenders, $150 for a hydraulic cylinder, and you still haven't done any sheetmetal work and haven't painted it yet. You are upwards of $3500 for the tractor and the options and tires and still don't have a show tractor. This one is DONE and Ready to Go. For Sale is a rebuilt John Deere A carb for late model A's 1947-1952. This DLTX 71 carb was completely stripped. Chemically cleaned and then grit blasted. Once cleaned it was rebuilt with a new kit new parts include all gaskets, new throttle shaft bushing, new throttle shaft, new needle and seat, new float, choke dust cover, new nozzle spring, new screws and a new bowl drain. This carb has the original stem and excellent original threads. One ear has been brazed back in place and they did an excellent job. This carb was coated with three coats of John Deere Classic Green. A core refund of up to $150 can be had if you return a good unbroken core to my shop. Even if broken core refund for lesser amount possible. Send photos for best estimation.
