"REBUILT" Kubota front 4X4 axle + rims & ag tires
SHIPMENT of this item: freightcenter.com) is a good source to check for freight prices. I will have this on a pallet wrapped in cardboard(wrapped lowers the price) and I have a portable dock. I use the high point of my truck bed using 2 x 4's criss crossed frame work and just slide the pallets on or off. You will need to set up and pay for the freight and supply me with a PDF of the bill of lading if you go this route. OR just come pick it up? Okay. I know of THREE Kubota models( B5200-B6000-B6100) that use this axle and there may be others. This one is off a B6100 and will come with the short pinion gear and housing plus steering arms. IF you want it for a B5200 like mine. You have to use your longer pinion gear and housing(YES will work with either bevel gears) and use your steering arms. IF it is of this design(SEE PHOTOS) it will ... morefit with only minor differences. I don't know which pinion gear and steering arms the B6000 uses nor do I know if any other models that used this assembly. Main parts replaced: 10 in photo 3(packing/gasket) s 16 rubber+18 paper+(25 not shown on this diagram/felt in nature) in photo 4-10 Thrust bearing in photo 4- and if you have the short pinion gear. Not shown, the gasket used in the assembly photo 6 and only supplied for those that use the long pinion gear such as the B5200. NOTE: Photo 6 is a B5200 and on any of the three models mentioned, the mating bevel gear should have 37 cogs. Other work done: Both left and right gear cases have been drained. Inspected, and fresh gear oil applied along with lugs wire brushed. Main gear box/differential inspected and new gasket/packing replaced(Bevel gear is VERY GOOD along with mating SHORT pinion gear) Gear oil will be supplied for this due to possible leakage if unit is tipped too far during shipment(mounting holes will be plugged to keep out dirt. Use your mounting pin/bolt, and have new O-rings) NOTE: Again, it is not absolutely necessary to use mating pinion and bevel gears but is recommended BUT also note Kubo
