It should overrun driveshaft. When turned in a counterclockwise direction, it should engage the pto shaft. We stand behind everything we sell. We also offer another overrun clutch with a quick disconnect pin(instead of the roll pin style) It is not very cosmetically pretty. But they absolutely work and will get the job done. FORD 1600 TRACTOR PTO BELLY - FINISH MOWER BELT PULLEY ASSEMBLY
This is the belly mower PTO belt pulley assembly from a 1977 Japanese Ford 1600 tractor. It was bolted on with the V-belt pully shaft aiming down towards the ground. The mower deck. It's mounting brackets, and the V-belt pulley had already been removed from the tractor before I got it. This is the only part I have. It mounted over the 1-3/8" PTO shaft. It's in good shape, turns smooth, and doesn't appear as if it's been leaking. The tractor sat for a long time so it would probably be a good idea to put new seals in it. This might work on the 1000 series tractor as well but I don't know. It will actually bolt on to my 850 Ford, and I could probably make it work if I wanted to put a belly mower on it, but I can only guarantee it to work on what I took it off. Ford Tractor PTO Drive Flat Belt Pulley Attachment Gearbox 8N 9N 2N
This is a bolt on flat pulley gearbox for a Ford2n. 9n, or 8n tractor. It slips over the pto shaft and bolts on the rear. It will only fit the models that had the 1 1/8" pto shaft(the smaller one) If your tractor has the 1 3/8" pto shaft, there are spacers and adapters that can be bought to make this attachment work. The pulley is the original pressed composite style and is in good condition. The entire gearbox was cleaned, primed and painted gray.
