Ever Ready Lunch Counter 10-cent Vending Machine
This beautiful RARE Depression Era vending machine is perhaps one of the first examples of the smaller scale Horn& Hardart Automats that were popular in NYC and Philadelphia in the early 20th century. The Ever Ready Lunch Counter was most often stocked with sandwiches and slices of pie and were found in drug stores. where customers could quickly purchase a self-serve lunch. This solid oak cabinet features 21 dime-operated slots. Once the coin has been deposited. One simply pulls down the lever, causing a metal door with a glass window to open and the customer to retrieve their purchase. We have tested the compartments with our own dimes and all seem functional, though some may require a bit of lever jiggling for the slot window to release, as one would expect of a machine this age. Coins are later retrieved from the drawer along the bottom ... moreof the machine. The original drawer lock was removed prior to our acquisition of this piece. Measurements: 25 1/2 x 23 3/4 x 10. Please scroll down under this description for additional views.An antique counter top display case that came out of retail store. It is 25" tall. 13" across the front and 12" front to back. Three sides of glass and a mirror panel in the door which is on the back side. There is a brass tag attached to the molding but it is simply embossed with a floral motif, no manufacturer name. The glass is less than 1/16th inch thick and will be removed for shipping. The top piece of the case can be removed and the panels taken out for more secure shipping. There are no shelves included but they could be easily cut. There are two tiers of eye screws in place to hold up some shelves if you want. As it is, this is a lovely display for a treasured doll that can be viewed from three sides with the back reflected in the mirror. With a few shelves ... moreadded, its a great case for smaller treasures that has a small footprint but can display a lot because of the height. There is simple but elegant molding around the base and top. The finish on the wood is not new but is not original. Still, it has retained a warm color. Our photos will be up by the end of the day. These are used bank teller under counter money safes, they have keys and combo, they are the same codes, they are small and they would be great as night stand tables in your room for guns, money important papers and so on. They are 18 7/8 long and wide 28 7/8 tall, main safe opening is almost 1/2 in thick door. We do have 2 shelves for inside but only hardware to use 1 of them. They are not pretty! They do have some surface rust, scratches and so on. They are for local pick up only no shipping! Most of my items are here today and gone tomorrow! 37 Coin Counter assessories for vending machines
Up for bid are 37 coin counters in various shape/working order. These came out of a 25 cent aspirin tablet vending machine. But I'm sure they can be installed in almost any vending machine that has the space to attach one of these counters. There is a little lever that the coin hits as it comes down the shute after being put into the machine so you can keep track of how many coins/products are sold. Some of these are in great shape and work great, and others are in rough shape and turn to next number hard or don't work at all. Some are missing the little lever and so would have to be used for parts(if that is possible. Anyway, not really sure what these are worth or even if they are usable for anyone so I am just throwing these on for DIRT CHEAP and if someone wants them-please BID and take them off my hands! Great vintage 1950's Pez spinner. This was used as a counter display in stores. It held the Pez candy. The decals are all intact and the mechanism spins freely. It is 12.5 inches tall and includes the metal loop holder for header cards. Many of the ones I have seen for sale. This metal loop is missing. Please email me with any questions. PayPal only. This Hewlett Packard measuring system features the 5308A timer/counter which goes from 0 to 75mhz. It is in working condition but it is older.
