Up for sale is a VINTAGE Dormeyer Model 6000 Fri Well Counter Top Deep Fryer. This item is in good condition. The unit itself as well as the top have a number of small dents. Dings and scratches from use. The cooking parts of the item(inside the well where the oil would be heated) shows some dark heat discoloration. The basket and detachable handle are in nice shape, very clean. A lot of the nooks and crannies, particularly around the handles and any seams in the metal, have some caked on kitchen grime buildup. This machine is not immersible, so I had some difficulty cleaning it, perhaps you will have better luck. It has been tested as far as plugging it in and seeing if it heats up, I have not actually filled it with oil and fried anything up in it. This is a nice find for your cigar collection. This is a early 1900s 3 tier/compartment Peter Schuyler cigar counter display. Display is made of tin. Glass and cardboard. Display is in good condition for its age and use. No cracks or broken glass, no repairs or repaints. Display does have some surface rust throughout the piece but, that can be cleaned up, no holes. I have not done any cleaning. It is missing one of the brackets that a box cigars would have set on in the top compartment. You open one of the glass tops to place a box of cigars in the compartment. All the compartments have a sliding lock on the side to open and close, they all still function. Case measures 14.5" tall, 20.0" long at the base and 10.5" wide at the base. You are bidding on an 1847 Braided Hair Large Cent. This coin has the most counter stamps by far(7 times) that I have ever seen on a coin. The name W. BIEH(L? is stamped twice on the front. And 5 times on the reverse of this coin. A couple letters of"LIBERTY" are faintly visible on the headband, and a little detail remains in the hair. The date is clear and several of the stars can be seen! Several letters on the reverse are still visible and the wreath is partially showing with some detail and texture. Antique 1917 Aridor Store Counter Candy Jar
Up for your consideration is a great Antique Airdor General Store Jar. Mostly likely used for Hard Candy, and Countertop Display Dispenser, possible Humidor. The jar is in real nice condition for it's age. It says Made in Chicago and a patent date of April 17, 1917. The jar has a metal lid and metal legs. The top screws off. Intact condition from the early 20th century. It is constructed of a fine hardwood with primitive hardware. It features a large single pane of curved glass and a mirrored rear door. The eyes are solid and are painted a shiny black and there are some light scuffs on one side. But it still looks great. The opening for the lid is about 9.5" across. And the base measures 5" across. Extra Large Pot Belly Jar with Property. Poppy– Cakery is printed in light lettering. There are no cracks. Chips, or fractures throughout the body of the jar. There are a few minor air bubbles in the glass, which were common this type of manufacture. The lid is perfect except for a few minor air bubbles in the glass. There is some extremely minor roughness inside the rim, only noticeable by touch. 3 USPS (United States Postal Service) vintage sales counter mats, Summer 1996
This is a collection of 3 postage advertising items from the United States Postal Service. They are laminated rectangle mats featuring 6 different stamp designs from the summer of 1996 along with text"SEE WHAT'S HOT THIS SUMMER" and the USPS logo. They include: botanical flowers. Lighthouses, carousel horses, prehistoric animals, Marilyn Monroe, and the Civil War. The illustrations are full color and laminated. The reverse sides are thin, gray sponge to prevent the mats from slipping. Each measures 18" x 12.5. The mats are in great condition without any tears or missing color. The edges on them show minor fraying in some areas and the spongy foam undersides have areas of wear along the edges(where the mats were secured to the counter in the post office)
