I got this at an estate sale from a gentleman who had used it for many years as he worked around the Hanford nuclear facility in Washington state. It is a beta gamma detector[ Geiger counter] in working order. I tried to find some radiation around my house but to no avail. The batteries are in good shape and register on the meter[ pic 5] and all the sensitivity settings react when changing the settings. The only issue is to the metal box as one of the clasps needs to be straightened out. It does have a carrying handle on the top of the metal container. Franklin Mills Flour Wheatlet Color Advertising Counter Card late 1800's 1900
This sale is for one Franklin Mills Flour/Wheatlet advertising counter card from the late 1800's. She has great color. She was glued into a scrapbook way back when as you can see from her back. The very bottom 1/8th inch may have been cut. Or may not have been cut. I've seen these with additional very small writing along the bottom and I've seen them without it. It does not appear to be cut but look at the photos for yourself and decide. She is made of fairly hard cardboard and displays very well. Condition wise, I'd have to say she's probably a 6 out of 10.
