When I worked as a Robotics Engineer in the Industrial Finishing Industry, more specifically Powder Coating equipment. Powder Coating is applied electrostatically to primarily metal substrate and then heated to very specific temperatures for a specific time(dwell) Regretfully. I have no recall as to the temperature measuring and recording device; in fact, it very well may have been designed by one of the Infrared Oven Manufacturers. I offer this probe. I am selling my MM Liberty for parts. This is the controller board from inside the unit. It works perfectly. My unit's problem was due to a clogged drain hole in the combustion chamber. There is one difference on this board that you need to be aware of. It has a non-standard Molex(included) connector for the 12 volt power input from the AC power supply/charger. This is because the power plug on my unit wore out. And I replaced it with these Molex from Radio Shack.
