You are bidding on a Heathkit model V4A vacuum tube volt meter. The tester is very nice cosmetic condition. It does not sure much wear at all. The only issue is the insulation on the power cord is dried out so the cord needs replaced. All of the other cables are good and pliable still. I did plug it in and the red light lit up and the needle moved. I do not recommend using this until the cord is replaced. Please let me know if you have any questions.

A vintage Hewitt Packard Model 410B Vacuum Tube Voltmeter. This voltmeter is in a metal casing with heavy duty leather handle. The back is detachable and reveals the power cord and Serial No. 14239. The front face of the Voltmeter is gray and has dials for OHMs Adj. and Zero Adj. and along with a selector dial and range dial. A power light is also on front and yes it lights up. There is also a metal name plate on the bottom front which states"HP- Model 410B Vacuum Tube Voltmeter" This voltmeter work's. Powers on, but has not been tested. Very nice Dayrad early tube tester and voltmeter. The bakelite case is nice and whole but missing the lid. The panel is in very nice condition. There is a hairline crack on the glass of one of the meters, please, see pictures. I tested the DC and AC voltmeters and they work, but I can't guarantee their calibrations. The Fluke 5101B powers up and all the buttons respond. In the picturs I show the output and the data screen changing as i turn the edit knob on the far right. That as close as i can get to saying it works. But i believe it does. The HP 8405A is about the same. both needles respond to inputs. I try to figure out if something works by way of youtube and data sheets. If this isn't worth the price ill take a refund no problem. return shipping and all. the fan on the calibrator needs the filter. the degrees needle reverts back to 0 when turned off. which I think it should. both have NASA stickers.
