The No. 4190 china cabinet was part of the"Paldao" line, named after the Philippine wood known for its strong color contrasts. The curved cabinet door faces were covered in Acacia Burl, accented with the rare brass handles. Most of the handles were produced in wood, as there were wartime metal shortages. The brass versions were the earliest to be produced, or available after the war by a coupon redemption.
