Offered is this fantastic matching set of six Howell Wolfgang Hoffman Z chairs. Vintage streamline machine age 1930's era at the height of the American art deco movement. Very similar to Gilbert Rohde's Z chair by Troy Sunshade and some of Kem Weber's designs. The chrome has been polished and the chairs have been recently upholstered in a black synthetic leather with chrome stud backs. They are in very good to excellent ready to use condition. Some minor scuffing and abrasive wear in the chrome throughout but still the finish is shiny and bright. Under close inspection there is some very minor pitting near the lower part of the legs but very minimal. Still incredible for being over 80 years old! Upholstery is perfect with no damage or wear.
