This item is a X-Band(10.525GHz) Transceiver made by C&K Systems. It has the GUNN diode cavity oscillator. A Schottky mixer/detector diode and a horn antenna. It is to be powered from +8 to 10Vdc(the filter capacitor and protection diode are already installed) and is ideal for Radar Speed Measurements or intrusion sensors. Comes with the connecting harness and 3 position socket connector. The RED is the Gunn diode bias, the BLACK is the COMMON and the BLUE is the MIXER OUTPUT. THe unit was tested in a Doppler digital speed radar and works fine. This is an ESD sensitive device and care should be taken when handling!
