For your consideration to purchase is a 1955 very clean Wild Bill Hickok and Jingles lunchbox thermos manufactured by Aladdin Industries This thermos has a rarity of R-8 and goes for $175.00 as a C-9 in lunchbox kids 2010 price guide. This thermos is very clean and bright with some slight paint loss above the word jingles and a childs name etched on the front of it. If it weren't for these two things this thermos would be a C-9 all day long. However. Because of this reason I have to give it a grade of C-7+. Still a very nice display piece with nice bright graphics. And unlike most pieces on here it does come completely apart as pictured, it is very clean on the inside with only slight surface rust and has the cork stopper. There is no rust on the outside seam. Vintage Men's Hickok Suspenders Braces Navy Blue / Gold / Leather
These vintage Hickok suspenders are in excellent condition. They are vintage. But I do not know exactly how old they are. They are navy blue in color. The buckles are gold in color and the U-tabs are made of leather. There are light marks of discoloration on the back near where the two straps cross. When changing the adjustment, I noticed that the straps are slightly misshapen from sitting at one adjustment for so long. From the end of one strap to the end of the back straps measures 40.5" at the largest adjustment. The width of the strap measures 0.9" If you have any questions. Vintage Hickok Model 667 Oscilloscope For Parts Or Restoration Exterior in fair condition with some small rust spots and a few scratches(please see pictures) Uses a 5 inch CRT. This scope will need some maintenance repairs due to its age. I have cleaned the switches and controls to see just how well it worked. The horizontal timebase amplifier seems to be intermittent. Sometimes there is full horizontal scan. Then there is less or none at all. All of the rest of the functions look to be working. It is most likely in need of routine capacitor replacement, resistor and tube testing. Comes with an RCA model WG-300B probe(see pictures) I have no manual for this item, but I have seen them on line at various sites for around $8.00 to $10.00. The meter has not been fully tested but was given a detailed inspection. The glass lens on the meter is in tact with no major scratches or cracks. The“zero adjust” knob is missing but the remaining knobs on front are present and turns smoothly. The needle on the scale bounces and moves smoothly. The end of the power cord has been cut off. Two test leads are present. This unit contains five tubes. All five tubes were removed. Tested and reinstalled( 1ea OD3-strong, 1ea 6X5-strong, 1ea GX5GT-strong, 1ea 6SN7GTB-strong and 1ea 6SJ7GT-strong) Some surface rust and chipping paint present but nothing major. Very Nice refurbished Hickok 800A tester- Calibrated- Plate Current Mod- QuickCal Mod This is a very nice Hickok 800A tester. Case is in great condition with minimal wear- please see photos- this unit is a rare find in this condition. I had two of these nice condition 800A testers and the other sold. So this is the last one. I have a couple of others I will be offering soon but no more that are quite nice considering the age of these vintage testers. Note- the 800A tester has the extra sockets to do the compactron tubes(without a separate adapter) It is also one of the few Hickoks that can measure tube leakage on the meter! The tester has been modified to test Plate Current using the diode test points just under the meter. On this unit a banana plug jack has been installed. So you will need to make or buy a set of banana leads for your DMM ... moreto use if you dont already have. Instructions on how this works included. It is important to test and match idle current when matching power tubes for class B or AB operation. You can test current on any tube. This tester is the newer vintage of the 800A with the voltage set pot(see blue dial in interior pictures) This tester has been upgraded so that the clunky adjustment rig R15 for bias and reduced screen voltage can be quickly and easily set. Hello, I have up for auction a vintage pair of B&K12AT7 ECC81 tubes in excellent condition as shown. These were made in the USA. And tested as strong on my Hickok tester with tube 1@ 5100, 5700, and tube 2@ 5900, 5400 with 3000 being good. Note that both triodes are tested and there are no gas and no shorts. I do not know when the last time it was calibrated nor if it will need anything. Conditions: I powered the unit on and its lights lite up. Added the tube card, and read the meter indicating the tube was good, appears to be functioning properly: however, since I’m not a electronics technician, I’m unable to verify if it truly is fully functional. It gave a me a good idea of the strength of my 12ax7's of which I have about two dozen. when checking my brand new el34 tubes the mutual conductance was right on the money with a couple of other testers I have. The meter alone is worth the price. And if you can find the correct meter this will be good tester to own. The tolex is in great shape considering that this item is from the 1960's. Includes a vintage manual; with a different hand written serial number. One of the few differences between the 532 and newer a 533 Hickok tester is that the 533 has a"life" test and the 532 does not. however. To simulate a"life" test with the 532, you merely lower the filament voltage to the next lower voltage. Then compare the meter reading of the tested tube. Antique Military Hickok Electric Tube Tester Tested US Navy Model 540
This is a Vintage Hickok model 540 Tube Tester. This was powered on and the lights came on and appears to be working fine. I don't know much about these devices but it appears to be in good running condition. This machine is around 70 years old. There is definite wear to this machine. Please check pics. This is an Estate find. as is condition. This was used by the US Navy and has the logo on the case. Several tubes were in the box. Along with an rca 1948 tube guide. Todd's Tubes and Testers has up for auction a Hickok 800 This unit is in excellent cosmetic condition. It has been rebuilt but unable to calibrate due to the inaccuracy of the transformer. Transformer will need to be replaced. Tester is 100% functional. Screen voltage is low and plate voltage is high with a 2.5v signal. NO type 83 or 5Y3 is included with this unit. Vintage Hickok 533A tube tester. Unit looks to be in nice condition. Just has small scrape on bottom corner as pictured. Face is nice. The rubber feet are missing. It is shown doing a line test& testing a tube(tube not included) It is currently working but as with ALL used electronics it will be sold as-is as found for parts or repair due to age. PLEASE NOTE: The pearl necklace does not come with this box. it is only a photo prop. This is the most adorable little vintage box MADE IN THE USA in the ART DECO period by HICKOK. A few of these are for sale in the market, but not half as charming as the one I am offering, because this one has some chips of creamy white paint off in just the right spots, making it so fashionable a vintage piece! The box is made of bakelite. The bottom of the box is black. It is signed Hickok on the underside of the lid. It is signed MADE IN USA on the bottom of the box.
