Vintage Heathkit AA-1505 2x35W Stereo Power Amplifier
This is a Heathkit 2x35W Stereo Power Amplifier. It has a fair amount of corrosion and peeling paint on the outside. The insides are coated with a thin layer of dirt. I hooked this unit up to an MP3 player and a couple of large speakers and the amplifier seems to work fine for both channels and both sets of outputs. The one problem I found was that the front speaker select switches have intermittent contact. When the switch is turned on. Often only one of the channels(right or left) comes on. Cycling or jiggling the switch usually fixes this. The switch contacts(and probably the whole unit) could use a good cleaning. Also includes the manual. Although the amp seemed to work fine when I tested it. I am offering it AS-IS due to it's age and condition.

I sold quite a few R-390As as kits that I have in my warehouse. Recently, I spoke with a couple of the people who bought those kits from me. They all told me that it was the most fun, and is now the best receiver they own. Here is a very clean R-390A in a kit from my warehouse. I have gone through the entire kit. It includes every screw. Nut, bolt, and tube to assemble a very clean R-390A Receiver. I am told that most of the fun is in the building one of these from scratch. All the small parts are labeled for you. It includes 2 manuals that I didn't put in the photos for reference. The front panel is very clean with engraved lettering. The knobs are very clean as with the meters. Everything on ... morethis kit will work very well. It also includes the full set of tubes. Including the Amperite 3TF7 Ballast tube. Tube shields, Utah Plate, handles, IF Deck, RF, Audio deck, PTO, all couplers, wires, antenna relay, everything you need to build a fully functional and clean receiver. The nomenclature ID Tag is EAC, The IF is Collins, The PTO is Collins, Power supply is EAC, etc. There is no step by step manual to building one of these. But the information online and in the manuals is readily available. I went back and looked at my records. The ones I sold a few years back went for between $1650 and $1950. Up for auction is a Heathkit cantenna. The item measures 6 1/16" wide and sits 8 1/2" tall. The Item is in nice vintage condition with light scuffs consistent with age. This is a really neat display item. The graphics are great. The cantenna has a couple paint chips and a dent under the left ear of the handle. Light dirt residue on the top of the can. Vintage Heathkit AA-14 Amplifier and AJ-14 Pair with Walnut Cabinets + Manuals
Fully operational and very clean. First and only owner/builder with original Heathkit Walnut cases and each assembly manual. These are completely original. Working with only one exception. The power switch on the amplifier has been added next to the volume control because the pull-on original failed as you can see in the picture-very neatly and professionally done. Tape monitor outputs have also been added to the back panel using the AR-14 circuit that was not included in these separate units. Banana jacks have also been added for parallel speaker outputs for speaker hookup convenience. The tuner comes with a spare tuning dial string just in case the original fails, but it is fine now. I will sell these separately if the pair does not sell. These were built around 1965 and are still working fine. A testament to the quality built into Heathkit ... moreunits. Their use in the last 35 years, however, has been as shelf decorations. I ran the units for 10-15 minutes to make sure there were no issues with the filter capacitors etc. There is some slight staining on one of the tops of the cabinets but it is light and might not show up in the pictures.

A vintage Heathkit Tunnel Dipper model HM10-A. This piece of test equipment also contains 6 coils to insert in front. It runs on 1 AA battery. There was some light battery corrosion in the battery compartment but it cleaned up very well! I don't know how this meter is supposed to work. But when I put a battery in it, it seemed to work fine. The meter moved when turned on and I was able to adjust the meter using sensitivity knob on front. The other paper dial moves just fine. Please ask questions.

I have for sale. My Heathkit HR-10B ham band receiver which I am the original owner and builder. This was my first radio when I was a novice ham operator. It was a good receiver then. Due to age, the radio only turns on. The radio includes the Crystal Calibrator HRA-10-1 which was an optional add-on unit. Included with the sale of this unit is the original assembly manual. This is being sold for parts unless you have the ability or interest to restoring it. I would love to, but unfortunately, I do not have any tools to do so. This would be a great project for a hands-on ham to work on. Outstanding museum condition Heathkit HW-30 amateur radio 2M transceiver with assembly manual and microphone. It powers on and the speaker hums in the receiving position. And the transmitter light lights up when switching to that position. That's the extent of the test I did. It looks new and I was told it worked when I bought it a couple of decades ago, but I have no means of testing it properly. Vintage Heathkit SA-2 Stereo Tube Amplifier and Heathkit FM-4 Tuner & Manuals
For sale is the vintage Heathkit SA-2 High Fidelity 14 Watt Stereo Amplifier and the Heathkit FM-4 FM Tuner. Both of the manuals are included. I do not have speakers to test these items but here is everything I know about them. I bought them from an estate where they were hooked up to a turntable and speakers in the living room. When plugged in lights turn on for both units. The gold disc for 1 knob on the amp is missing. Also the screws that hold the cover onto the amp unit aren't there(just common short screws) The gold strip of metal at the bottom of the amp on the right side was separated from the unit.I super glued it back on and it seems to be holding fine. They both have dust collected inside the units from sitting for a while. I would assume they both work but since I can't say for 100% I have to sell these as is with no returns ... morebecause of the heavy weight and high shipping cost. Heathkit G-5 Signal Generator, Vintage 1950's, Working, Clean Inside & Out
This auction is for a Heathkit Model G-5 Signal Generator in nice condition. It covers a range from 150 khz to 102 Mhz I tested it by tuning a nearby AM radio to about 900 Khz and adjusted the output of the G-5 to about the same frequency. As I moved the radio dial around 900 Khz I was able to tune in the signal coming from the generator. It seems to be working but may need to be calibrated. Included is a reprint of the assembly and use manual that I found. It includes all assembly. Calibration, and alignment instructions, operating instructions, and schematics and diagrams. The manual indicates it was written in 1949 so I assume the G-5 is from the early 1950's. Cosmetically it is in pretty good condition. The cabinet has some minor discolorations in the gray wrinkle paint and a few small scratches and chips. The front face also has ... morea few scratches and chips especially around the screws. Overall it is very presentable and would look great on a test bench or on display with a collection of vintage radio gear. Here is a Vintage Original HEATHKIT Emblem in nice condition(SEE PHOTOS) What a great find! The item as you can see from the photos is presentable. This type of logo was used on Heathkit amplifiers like the UA-1 and UA-2 and others. Dimensions are 3-1/2" inches total length from one end to the other. Height is 3/8 inch, and the mounting holes are 2-7/8" inches apart. The logo is made from a clear plastic and can be sprayed over to the color desired.
