The Heathkit model IT-3120 FET/TRANSISTOR Tester is a quality instrument for quick. Accurate tests of conventional(bipolar) transistors, diodes, FET's, SCR's, triacs, AND Unijunction transistors. Gain(DC Beta) transconductance(Gm) and leakage values are read directly on the large easy-to-read meter. You can quickly and easily test devices either in-circuit or out-of-circuit. The Tester provides special circuitry to balance out in-circuit impedances. Use either the color coded leads for in-circuit tests or the built-in transistor and FET sockets for out-of-circuit tests. Five current ranges permit leakage measurements as low as 1 microampere and collector currents as high as 1 ampere. Push-button type range, mode, and function switches assure easy, consistent operation. All major functions and controls have been tested. The brushed light gold faceplate was in such great condition that I restored the walnut cabinet with 6 coats of tung oil and satin wax over a period of three weeks, it looks gorgeous. Heathkit O-7 5" Vintage Push Pull Oscilloscope
For sale is a vintage(from the Fifties) Heathkit O-7 Five Inch Push Pull Oscilloscope. This scope is not working correctly. It has a good CRT but there is something wrong with the sweep circuit. A previous owner has replaced some capacitors however there are a few disconnected capacitors hanging on one lead. I think this scope can be repaired with a little effort but I don't have the time and. More important, the room for it as I have been forced to downsize. This scope is missing one knob but I think the rest of the knobs are original. It will need an AC plug(see picture) The scope weighs 22 pounds and I have used 30 pounds as the shipped weight. This is a complete set. Built by the same person. I bought this equipment a number of years ago for my dad, he liked it but did not have enough space for it. I have had it ever since. All of the components work and the unit has some serious RMS power. I can drive my Infinity SM150's very hard with this setup. I don't need a second amp setup. I do like this set, but I would rather it go to a person that can use it and appreciate good heathkit equipment. On a scale from 1 to 10 these components are a 9.5 there is one tiny scratch in the lower left corner of the amp, The rest of the setup is in excellent condition. Buyer pays shipping. The radio work and the light goes on. I sold it a few months ago. And it was damaged in the mail. One foot was broken off, The corner with the light was bent, and the box has bends in it. The tube in the back of box, is a mullard 12A17. The two in the front are Hitachi and a RCA. Basically, it looks like the usps drop kicked the box a few times. Total weight of about 15lbs.
