I bought this tuner new and still have the original box and manual. The first photo shows it in my system working perfectly. I took it out of the rack to take all the side shots. The unit works perfectly and has never let me down over the decades. It sounds great. There is a scratch on the top of the tuner from another component scratching it when moved in and out of my rack.
