Vintage Double Neck 12/6 string SG Style Speedfire Electric Guitar with HSC
Almost new condition Speedfire double neck guitar from approximately 1975-6(serial number: J752103) This guitar has had only one owner and was obviously a rarely used backup. Made in the Hoshino Gakki factory along with Ibanez. Greco, Mann and Antoria, to name a few, this was a close copy of a G++++ which was used by Jimmy Page and John McLaughlin. As was common then, these various Japanese brands were nearly identical save for the logo. As for the"Lawsuit" designation, I won't go over that here. Just look it up. This edition shares all of the characteristics of the Ibanez but the name, which makes it an even more rare guitar. The two piece mahogany body is nearly pristine and has a beautiful cherry color which is set off by the excellent chrome hardware. Black pick guard, input jack, selector switches, volume and tone controls. ... moreRosewood fret boards with pearl inlay and almost unblemished frets topped by clean head stocks with abalone inlay, closed tuners and"jade" keys. All of the electronics work superbly and the tuners operate smoothly and hold tune. The bolt on necks and tune-o-matic bridges with height adjustments allow for unlimited action preference with out the worry of needing an expensive neck reset as on"set neck" guitars. The guitar is completely original and complete, including the pick up configuration which puts out unlimited sound combinations. There are four strap pins(two top. Two bottom) in order to comfortably balance the guitar while playing. It weighs about 12.4 pounds, but is actually very comfortable to position and play. I have tried to show the couple of minor blemishes in the pictures but might have failed. They are that minor! The most noticeable is that the plastic hatch cover on the back has a crack in it. Not seen while playing. On the edge next to that are two tiny nicks. There is some faint buckle rash on the upper back. Not through the paint, just marks on the lacquer. Any thing else on the photos that appears to be damage is merely reflections.

It is believed that the Aterian tool technology may have been used by both Cro Magnon Man and Neanderthals as there was at least one Aterian site that reportedly dates back to around 80,000 B.C. In the spirit of"downsizing" I'm offering as a lot this accumulation of seven assorted vintage Mexican batea. They range in size from about 6 inches diameter to about 12 3/4 inches. One is stamped"Made in Mexico" on the back. They are in nice condition. The largest. And probably the oldest, has some paint loss and what looks like some separation of the wood in the area of the bird, along with some rim cracks. There is a very tight hairline type crack in the smallest one. Still, as you can see in the photos, they all display nicely. The smallest has an adhesive hanger on the back. Some have small nail holes. Please examine the photos and ask questions before bidding.
