The building itself is undamaged and clean, but is MISSING the chimney and the long sign that goes on the roof peak. In place of the chimney, there's an American flag, made of metal and of unknown origin that just fits the chimney hole. The flag was with it, so we're leaving it in. No other damage or missing parts, no dirt, and it's never had any weathering done. The box is very good as well, with only a little corner and edge wear and one dent on the top. These are 6 1/4" actual inches tall x about 12" long. Huge lot of unpainted HO Scale hydrocal castings in this lot including six large(over 12" each) warehouse castings.+ 2 side walls + I'll throw in some warehouse signs. A guy could build a huge old brick warehouse out of these. Windows not included but can be ordered from Tichy. Part 8044.
